Delivery Service Tiers
Inner Core (0–15 Miles)
Delivery Fee: $45.00 Flat Rate
Order Minimum: $150.00 (including delivery cost)
Included Cities: Caledonia, Cherry Valley, Loves Park, Machesney Park, New Milford, Rockford, Rockton, Roscoe, South Beloit, Winnebago, and Beloit, WI.
Regional Service (15–40 Miles)
Delivery Fee: $45.00 Base + $2.50 per mile
Order Minimum: $300.00 (including delivery cost)
Included Cities: Belvidere, Byron, Durand, Freeport, Harvard, Huntley, Poplar Grove, Rochelle, Janesville, WI, and more.
Extended Boundary (40–60 Miles)
Delivery Fee: Custom Quote
Order Minimum: $500.00 (including delivery cost)
Included Cities: DeKalb, Elgin, Hoffman Estates, Woodstock, Lake Geneva, Madison (South & East), Oregon, Stoughton, and more.

At Tables 4 Rent LLC, our delivery system is engineered for reliability. We focus on a "Curbside & Tailgate" model and a specialized vertical cart system to provide high-volume logistics at the most competitive price point in the Stateline area.
1. Delivery Scope & Placement
Logistics Standard: Standard delivery includes one professional logistics lead who will offload equipment to the nearest accessible point (driveway, garage, or loading dock).
Staffing & Access: Our standard rates cover a single-driver crew. Events requiring multi-person teams due to stairs, restricted access, or specific floor-plan placement fall under our White-Glove Service tier.
The Vertical Cart Advantage: All orders arrive on our professional vertical carts. These are designed to navigate standard commercial doors and narrow hallways with ease, allowing for rapid deployment by your on-site team.
2. Equipment Retrieval (Pick-up)
"Rent-Ready" Retrieval: At the scheduled pick-up time, all equipment must be folded, re-stacked on the provided carts, and returned to the original drop-off location.
Site Readiness: To maintain our schedule for all clients, the delivery area must be clear of obstructions. A $75.00/hour labor fee applies if our team must wait for access or assist in gathering equipment.
Cleaning Standards: Equipment should be returned free of tape, wax, or debris. A specialized cleaning fee (min. $5.00/unit) is assessed only for items requiring additional labor to restore to inventory standards.
3. Property & Liability
Site Care: While our drivers exercise extreme care, Tables 4 Rent is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, or lawns caused by the weight of delivery vehicles.
Verification: Any discrepancies in equipment count or condition must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery to ensure an immediate resolution.

White-Glove Service Policy
Our White-Glove Service is the "hassle-free" choice for busy promoters, wedding planners, and corporate event coordinators. While our Standard Delivery handles the transit, White-Glove ensures your venue is event-ready without your team lifting a finger.
1. Full-Service Setup & Teardown
Indoor Delivery: Unlike standard curbside drop-off, our team will bring all equipment inside your venue, regardless of stairs or elevators (provided they are accessible).
Precision Placement: We will set up every table and chair exactly according to your pre-provided floor plan.
Post-Event Retrieval: After your event concludes, our team returns to fold, stack, and pack everything back onto our specialized carts.
2. Booking & Requirements
Advance Reservation: White-Glove Service requires additional labor and must be booked at least 21 days in advance to ensure staffing availability.
Floor Plan Submission: To ensure accuracy, a final floor plan or layout diagram must be submitted to Tables 4 Rent no later than 7 Days before the scheduled delivery.
Site Walkthrough: For complex commercial setups or large-scale trade shows, a brief site walkthrough or phone consultation with the venue manager may be required.
3. Pricing & Logistics
Custom Quotes: Because every venue layout is different, White-Glove Service is priced via custom quote. Fees are based on total item count, setup complexity, and venue accessibility (e.g., freight elevator vs. stairs).
Labor Windows: This service includes a dedicated labor window for both setup and teardown to ensure your venue is cleared according to your contract with the facility.
Site Readiness: The setup area must be clear of other vendors, debris, or existing furniture before our team arrives. Wait-time fees ($75/hr) apply if the setup area is not ready for immediate installation.
4. Professional Standards
Venue Protection: Our team utilizes 31-inch specialized vertical carts and protective measures to ensure that your venue’s floors and walls are respected during the move-in process.
Final Inspection: Once the setup is complete, a designated point of contact must sign off on the layout to ensure it meets your specifications.
