Renter warrants that the delivery site is safe and capable of supporting our heavy vehicles (Chevy 2500/Trailer). Tables 4 Rent is not responsible for damage to pavement, pavers, or landscaping at the site.

You must provide a vehicle or trailer large enough to safely transport the equipment.

You are responsible for securing the load with your own straps or tie-downs.

The Renter is considered the "insurer" of the equipment while it is in their possession.

In the event of loss, theft, or damage (including "acts of God" or vandalism), the Renter must pay the full replacement value within seven (7) days of the event end date.

A $5.00 per unit surcharge is applied to any equipment returned with tape residue, wax, or excessive mud.

We require a signed Master Equipment Lease & Rental Service Agreement and a valid Credit Card Authorization.

By signing, you authorize Tables 4 Rent LLC to charge your card for all rental fees, security deposits, and any post-event charges, including damages, cleaning, or late fees.

All agreements are governed by Illinois law.

Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Winnebago County, IL.

All equipment is provided in "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" condition.

Renters have the opportunity to inspect all tables, chairs, and carts before taking possession and are responsible for regular safety inspections during the rental period.
