  • A quote is a statement of current costs; it does not hold inventory. To officially secure equipment for your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Until that deposit is paid, items remain available for other clients to book.

  • We recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed. Your final balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to delivery. If the balance isn't cleared by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and release the equipment to other clients.

  • Yes. Per Illinois law effective January 1, 2025, sales and use tax applies to all rentals. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please provide a copy of your State of Illinois Tax-Exempt Certificate when booking.

  • We use a tiered system based on mileage from Loves Park (61111):

    • Inner Core (0–15 miles): $45 flat rate ($150 min. order).

    • Regional (15–40 miles): $45 + $2.50/mile ($300 min. order).

    • Extended (40+ miles): Custom Quote ($500 min. order).

    Alternatively, customers are welcome to pick up and return to our warehouse for free by scheduled appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Because we stop renting your reserved items to others the moment you book, any cancellations or inventory reductions made within 14 days of your event are not eligible for a refund.

  • Our standard "Curbside & Tailgate" service is designed for maximum efficiency. One driver will offload your equipment at the nearest accessible ground-floor point, such as a driveway, garage, or loading dock.

  • For safety and insurance reasons, our staff is prohibited from entering private residences or apartment units.

    We do offer White-Glove Service for commercial setup, multi-floor transport, or specific floor-plan execution; however, this must be quoted and scheduled in advance.

  • Our base rates assume a level, ground-floor path. If our team encounters stairs, elevators, or steep inclines that require a two-person crew, White-Glove labor rates will apply.

    Please ensure you request a custom quote prior to delivery if your site has these obstacles.

  • We utilize professional vertical edge-stack carts. These are built to navigate standard doors and hallways easily, provided the path is clear of mud, debris, or significant obstacles.

  • We require a level, solid surface for all equipment. To protect our team and your rental, we reserve the right to refuse delivery to unsafe or inaccessible sites (e.g., steep mud hills or standing water) without refund.

  • You are the steward of the equipment while it’s in your care. Items must be returned "rent-ready"—wiped clean of food, mud, tape residue, or wax. Items returned in poor condition will incur a cleaning or restoration fee.

  • No. Equipment must be kept in a dry, secure area and never left outdoors overnight. Moisture is the enemy of event furniture; you are responsible for any damage caused by exposure to the elements.

  • The Damage Waiver is an optional fee that limits your financial liability for accidental, minor "Picture Perfect" wear and tear (such as surface scratches or minor scuffs) while the equipment is in your possession.

    It is important to note that this is not insurance. It does not cover:

    • Negligence: Intentional misuse, gross neglect, or standing on tables.

    • Theft: Any missing inventory or "mysterious disappearances."

    • Weather: Damage caused by rain, snow, or moisture (see Section 4: Weather Protection).

    • Transport Assets: Loss of or damage to specialized vertical stacking carts, straps, or dollies.

    Note: If the waiver is declined or voided, the Lessee is responsible for the Full Replacement Value plus "Loss of Use" fees for the duration the equipment is out of inventory.

  • Yes. This is an optional fee. To have it removed, simply reply to your quote email with the request. Once I update the file, the change will reflect instantly on your digital quote for signing. By declining, you agree to assume 100% financial responsibility for the Full Replacement Value of all equipment plus "Loss of Use" fees.

  • We maintain a card on file to streamline post-rental billing. By signing your contract, you authorize Tables 4 Rent LLC to charge your card for all rental fees, security deposits, and any post-event charges, including damages, specialized cleaning, or late fees discovered during our warehouse inspection.

  • By your scheduled retrieval time, all items must be folded and re-stacked on our carts in the original drop-off location.

    To stay on schedule for all our clients, a $75/hr labor fee (1-hour minimum charge) applies if our driver has to wait for access or assist in gathering equipment.
